This policy explains how Calyxion, Inc. (“Calyxion,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation, handles personal information connected with this website, calyxion.com. Questions go to info@calyxion.com.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies or analytics and does not run tracking scripts. Its fonts load from jsDelivr, a public content delivery network, which receives your IP address and browser details when it delivers them.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, to operate and secure the website, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our email (for example, our hosting, database and email providers; website requests are stored with Supabase), under terms that limit their use of it; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, financing or sale of the business, subject to this policy.

Customer data in our software

Data that a client firm processes in Calyxion’s software is handled under that firm’s written agreement with us, not this website policy. The client firm controls that data.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence as long as needed for the purpose it was sent and for our business records, and we use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to info@calyxion.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
