Terms of Use

Effective October 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of calyxion.com, operated by Calyxion, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using the site you agree to them. Use of Calyxion’s software is governed by a separate written agreement with each client.

Use of the site

You may view and use this site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit harmful code.

Information only

Content on this site describes Calyxion’s business and products for general information. It is not legal, tax, investment or compliance advice, and it is not an offer to provide services on any particular terms. Calyxion’s software supports a firm’s own compliance program; it does not make a firm compliant, and the firm remains responsible for its regulatory obligations. Calyxion, Inc. is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and does not provide investment advice.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Paid services are provided under a written agreement (an order form, statement of work or subscription agreement), and that agreement controls. Where it does not say otherwise: subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period; you may cancel at any time by emailing info@calyxion.com, effective at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except that we refund charges made in error or billed twice, prepaid fees for any unused period if we end a subscription for a reason other than your breach, and fees for setup or project work we cannot deliver.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us before disputing it with your bank. We reply within five business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Intellectual property

The Calyxion name, marks, design and site content are owned by Calyxion, Inc. You may not copy or reuse them except as the law allows, such as fair use.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calyxion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Third-party apps and features in development

Calyxion may make applications from independent providers available within its software. These apps are offered by their providers under the providers’ own terms and privacy policies. Calyxion does not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for third-party apps, and listing an app is not a recommendation. Each client firm decides whether to approve an app, which data it may access and who may use it, and remains responsible for its own review and oversight of those providers. Features described on this site as in development, including the app marketplace, may change or may not become available.
